Balanced Animal Massage is honored to serve as part of your pet's wellness team.  Although, NOT required, I do strongly recommend a veterinary referral so that I am fully aware of how to best serve your pet and their current health issues during their massage sessions.  Please find below veterinary referral and health intake forms that can be completed before your pet's first session. If in home supportive care services are to be performed, a supportive care vet referral is required. If you prefer health intake information can be taken over the phone by contacting Sandra @ 509-520-1774
